New Beginnings Daycare

Completed Low Pressure Pipe (LPP) design and permitting for daycare facility. Onsite to oversee installation per design.

Preston Place

Design and permitting of central wastewater system to TS-II standards. EZ Treat pretreatment with drip tubing dispersal. Currently contracted to provide ORC services for the community.

North Anderson Aveune, Topsail Beach

Assisted with obtaining repair wastewater permit, encroachment agreement with NCDOT to bore underneath roadway for supply line.

Rocky Run Road

Wastewater design and ORC maintenance of anaerobic drip system for single family residence.

Camber Woods Subdivision

Assisted developer with septic permitting, driveway permitting, county planning approval, roadway design and construction and installation of several septic systems for builders.

Town of Holden Beach Maintenance Facility

Completed flow equalization design and permitting. Managed construction process and currently maintain ORC agreement for this facility.
